Winter break just got a whole lot cooler! Sign up and be a part of Winter Day Camp, where campers can climb, rock, and soar their way through an outdoor expedition – no snow gear required. Our Winter Camp sessions are offered by the day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Each camp is conducted fully outdoors to ensure fresh air and adventure to share for everyone!

Winter Climb Camp is most suitable for participants ages 8 years old and older, with a minimum weight requirement of 45 lbs. Camp programming includes: Quarry Adventures Access (All elements), Team Building Activities, and Games! Please see below for more information.

Our Winter Day Camps are located at Quarry Park Adventures in Rocklin, CA, in the Greater Sacramento Area. Our one-of-a-kind adventure park set inside a historical rock quarry is convenient to families living in Roseville, Lincoln, Auburn, Folsom, Granite Bay, and other nearby communities, making Quarry Park Adventures the perfect choice to ditch the snow chains and skiing lessons, and let your kids climb through Winter Break like never before! 

Our unique adventure park is full of zip lines, climbing walls, challenge course elements, daring drops, and more, and is conveniently located off Interstate 80 in the heart of downtown Rocklin. • Camp drop-off is at 9:00 a.m. every day
• Camp pick-up is by 5:00 p.m. every day
• Please plan to bring a bagged lunch for your camper (no peanuts) or purchase a bagged lunch from us!
• Optional Add-on: Bagged lunch is available for an additional charge

About This Camp Group

Climb Campers must weigh a minimum of 45 lbs to engage with the Quarry activities included in camp. This camp group's activities include access to: Zip Line, Rappel, Free Fall, Aerial Adventures (Ropes Courses), Via Ferrata, and Rock Climbing. As this is only a daily camp, and each camper has different needs, camp may not include every single activity for your child. Our counselors are trained to encourage our campers to overcome fears with the obstacles, but we will never pressure a child to participate in an activity/ride if they choose not to do so. If your child is afraid of heights, please discuss this camp with your camper before registering. Each Quarry element requires participating in an activity at height.

Note: Our Quarry Winter Camp includes only Camp CLIMB, ages 8-15 years old due to the potential for winter weather.
Our separate Camp PLAY (ages 5-10), and Camp CLIMB (ages 5-15, 45lb minimum weight) groups ensure that campers are engaged in activities and adventures geared toward their age, comfort, and skill levels! Choose the camp group that best suits your adventurer!

Camp PLAY is best suited for our younger participants, limited to ages 5-10 years old. Camp PLAY includes unlimited access to our Kidz Kove and Miner's Maze play area for the day with games, group activities, and arts and crafts throughout the session. Camp Play does not include access to our Quarry activities and is the perfect camp group for adventurers who may not yet be ready to take the big leap!

Camp CLIMB is the best camp program for brave adventurers ages 5-15 years old, weighing a minimum of 45 lbs. Camp CLIMB participants will soar to new heights with unlimited access to our Quarry for the full day. Zip lining, rock climbing, and aerial challenge courses are just a few of the adventures that kids will experience with optional team-building field games and activities customized to that day's group.

Camp Group size is limited, and each camp is conducted fully outdoors to ensure fresh air and adventure to share for everyone! Activities vary by camp group, but all campers remain engaged in adventures by our dedicated counseling team throughout the day.
